From the Private Estate of Samuel Taylor Coleridge
Samuel Taylor Coleridge wrote the poems The Rime of the Ancient Mariner and Kubla Khan, as well as the major prose work Biographia Literaria.
They are a matching set made by William Chawner and are in excellent condition with minimal age-related wear that does not detract from its overall presentation or use.
They are all hallmarked William Chawner, Lion Passant, London lion mark, Q 1831 date mark and William IV mark
